Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Canada only.

• Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days (depending on location).

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout).

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen service.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, carrier delays, or regional restrictions.

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

To comply with federal and provincial vaping regulations, age verification is required upon delivery.
All customers must be 19 years or older (or the legal vaping age in their province).
Couriers may request valid government-issued photo ID before releasing the package.

If age verification fails or the recipient is unavailable, the package will be returned to us and additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

We do not ship to:

• P.O. Boxes or remote territories outside standard courier service areas.

• Provinces or regions where vaping product sales are restricted by law.

• International addresses (at this time).

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information provided, 6ix Side Vapes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Include your order number and photos of the damaged packaging or product.

We will investigate the issue and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit.
