We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped or picked up. This includes e-liquids, disposable vapes, coils, pods, and other vape accessories.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, include:

Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Once verified, we may issue a replacement item or store credit at our discretion.
We do not issue cash refunds for damaged or defective items unless no replacement is available.
Lost, Missing Packages & Cancellations
If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received:

Once tracking information has been issued, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
